You deserve to have your own space. A place to be seen and accepted in all the good, hard, and imperfect moments in between. You deserve to take off your therapist hat and show up in all of your humanity. When you recharge and prioritize your own needs, you give yourself the opportunity to show up consistently as the best version of you.

Therapy for Therapists

As therapists, we spend much of our time pouring ourselves into creating a beautiful safe space for clients to do the hard work. Sometimes that work can cross over with personal elements of our own lives.

Maybe you’re navigating a break up, working on being the best co-parent after a divorce, grieving the loss of a parent, or working on your own self-care. Or perhaps you’ve noticed your “stuff” showing up and you’re wanting to process these areas and explore in a secure and judgment free zone.

My Approach

It’s my honor to hold a safe and secure space for you to put yourself first. I will sit with you as you address personal stressors, process the impact of holding others’ grief and pain, and cheer you on as you prioritize your own wellness.
